How to use this number

Sell the program, not the hour

Families plan around a term, a test date or a set of goals. Quote the program price for the whole block, and keep the hourly rate as your own check that the program pays what your time is worth. The program is always a whole number of sessions, so the price matches the sessions you will deliver.

Take the deposit when they enroll

A deposit holds the student’s weekly slot for the whole program. Pick a share that commits the family without asking for the whole term upfront, or take the full amount for a short test-prep block. Tell families upfront what happens to the deposit if they cancel or miss sessions.

Collect the balance your usual way

The balance due later is what remains after the deposit. Collect it partway through the program or monthly, with an invoice from your own Stripe account. IntakePay collects the deposit together with your enrollment questions, one link per family. It is built for packages and programs, not for session-by-session billing.
